DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Documents to be attested in original along with one photocopy of the entire set. 
  • Certificate of Residence
  • Duly filled up miscellaneous service form.
  • The Embassy does not prescribe any specific format/type for Power of Attorney. The same should be as per service seeker’s requirements, on a plain paper. Power of Attorney should begin with the name (strictly as per passport), passport number and present residential address of the executant along with his/her photograph affixed at the end of subject matter. It should contain local address in the first paragraph of the document. 
  • Consular/ICWF fee payment receipts.

PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED

  • Original + one copy of the Power of attorney (POA), Affidavit, Declaration, or other civil documents along with the copies of ‘supporting documents.’
  • Attach duly filled-in Miscellaneous form with photocopy of the original document/POA and self-attested copies of all supporting documents (passport, address and residence proof of the executant). In case of joint POA/Affidavit/Document, all signatories have to fill Misc service form and should provide self attested copies of all supporting documents. 
  • Witnesses, if required, with the copies of their passport, residence proof. 
  • The applications are received between 9:00 AM to 12.30 PM at Embassy on working days.

Note:

(a)

Embassy reserves the right to reject attestation of documents, the contents of which are objectionable or contrary to the rules.

Fees include CFA 100/- as bank charges.

ICWF charges per service CFA 1300/- (including CFA 100/- bank charges)

The Consular Services fee and ICWF charges may be deposited in the Bank accounts which are as follows:

The applicants should avail the services within 5 days after depositing the fees.
