The Embassy of India in Abidjan has the honor to inform that government of India is offering fully funded scholarships for short time certificate courses for online degree programmes. The following 6 courses are now open for student enrolment under the e-VidyaBhati and e-AarogyaBharati (e-VBAB) Network Project.
